LIVING SEXY IS... Feeling Self-Confident In A Poised, Classy Way

I have a vivid memory from when I lived in Puerto Rico. I was riding in the back seat of my mom's Mitsubishi Montero, and we were at a stop light on our way to my grandparents' frame shop. Like many intersections in Puerto Rico, this one had vendors at every corner. A wrinkly, extra-tan man walked up to each car to try to sell whatever he was selling that day. I could see him a couple cars up. When he approached ours, Mama rolled down the window and did what has stuck with me all these years: she chatted him up! Asked about him, his life, his family, his day, his sales, etc. then proceeded to buy a banana bunch from him - which was probably used for her famously-delicious banana bread now that I think about it.
This is the type of woman my mother is. No matter how many pearls or stones or diamonds she wears, they still don't hold a candle to the pure gold that's in her heart. There is no doubt she's a beautiful person on the outside, as you'll see in these images, but what truly shines is her inner being.
We touched on this a little bit during our interview (see above), and Christine said that sexiness is about embracing your natural traits as GIFTS. I thought that was such a great way of putting it. Gifts!!!

Speaking of adventures, I have an idea.
Find 3 minutes of silence in your day to sit down with a pen and paper. Simply think about the traits you have that no one else does. And if you start thinking in a pessimistic way, just remind yourself that every single part of you is unique to you. We may both have a great smile, but what is it about YOUR smile that makes people's hearts warm? What is it about your eyes that encourages people to trust you? What is it about your oratory, the way you speak, that demands people to listen?
If you dig deep and give yourself permission to look, you'll see you have so many GIFTS that are waiting to be unleashed and shared with the world. And once you do, there will be no stopping the sexy train that you've boarded.
