LIVING SEXY IS... Going Through Life With a Killer Attitude
BADA BOOM BADA BING.
That's how easy it is for Kristina Steward, businesswoman extraordinaire, to charm your pants off. She's about as woman as woman gets. A banter here and witty remark there slips from her tongue within the first two sentences she'll speak to you and before you know it, she's officially bewitched you.
Much like Cleopatra was known for her expert seduction skills, making slobbering children out of powerful men, Kristina's most effortless talent is her ability to lock you in with a simple look.
As a Taurus and two-year New Yorker, I don't like waiting around for people. So when Kristina tried to postpone this interview for the third time, I texted her a simple, all-caps, "YOU GAVE ME YOUR WORD," and immediately knew I'd hooked her right where I wanted.
Who's the expert seducer now?! Just kidding. It was a tricky card to play with Kristina, as she doesn't take bullshit from anyone either but, alas, it worked.
LOOK AT THIS WOMAN.
No matter what she does, people are drawn to her. She oozes sexiness just like Fette Sau oozes comfort. And if you don't know what Fette Sau is, just imagine warm, succulent barbecue sauce mixed with finger-licking yummy meat on delicious bones. There I go again, getting distracted with food. This might as well be called Living Slobbery since the very thought of food makes my mouth water.

A KILLER ATTITUDE, says Kristina. We both agree that each of us has a light within that's begging to shine through. A sexy light, if you will, that can be tapped into by getting to know yourself at your core. The more you discover who you are, the more you'll be able to live confidently in your own skin, allowing you to live a truly sexy life.

During our conversation, which you can listen to using the player above, Kristina and I talked a bit about how sexiness, femininity and strength are sometimes used in the same context, but often in a jumbled and skewed way. I think we've confused what it means to live a sexy life, especially as it relates to the work environment and being perceived as a #GirlBOSS.
I'd love to hear your thoughts about this as it genuinely interests me, but I DO think one thing has nothing to do with the other. A woman can be tough and still be feminine, a woman can be feminine and still be sexy, a woman can be sexy and still be tough, and all other combinations of those words hold true as well - in my book.
I chose Kristina for this feature because she has mastered the mix of femininity, sexiness and strength. I've experienced her killer attitude in the work environment (fact: she was my boss for a year), her effortless femininity no matter what she's doing and an undeniable sexiness that shines from within. It all supports my theory that we all have a unique recipe for being sexy, beautiful creatures.
